?1/4 cup buckwheat flour
?1/2 cup whole wheat flour (or whatever you have on hand)
?1/4 tsp baking powder
?pinch of stevia/salt
?2 tbsp ground flax seed
?3/4 cup milk alternative
?vanilla extract
?1/2 cup blueberries
Mix and fry! (MAKES TWO SERVINGS)
Topping (optional-but delicious!)
?2 tbsp chocolate pb2
?fresh raspberries
?hemp seeds
?maple syrup ??
